Born in Peterborough, New Hampshire, in 1947, and born again in Grafton, New York in 1957, Bill has had a life-long desire to serve the Lord. Attending the Thomas Road Bible Institute and graduating in 1976, the Lord laid on his heart the ministry of Hymn Histories by a providential meeting with "Mr. Singspiration," Dr. Al Smith. Wishing to follow in his footsteps, Bill started "Hymn Stories" in 1992 which has led to today's ministry.
Bill also travels to churches, civic groups and senior centers with his stories and multi-media presentations. These presentations reveal the lives of great heroes of the faith such as D. L. Moody, Fanny Crosby, Billy Sunday, and Roy Rogers--with more to be added each year.
Bill currently resides in upstate New York with his wife, Linda, in a 100 year old home on thirty acres of land near the small village of Buskirk.
Bill travels on weekends, throughout the Northeast, doing pulpit supply, sharing hymn stories, and presenting the lives of great heroes of the Christian faith.
